FAQ¶
How does the salesperson log in?¶
The salesperson opens the page and logs in with their employee credentials (username and password). Once authenticated, they enter the 8-step guided onboarding flow.
Can I proceed without an email address?¶
Yes, as long as a valid phone number is provided. The app requires at least one contact method.
What is a package?¶
A package bundles a main product (like an electric motorcycle or home energy system) together with a battery swap privilege into a single priced offering.
What is a subscription?¶
A subscription is the customer's payment plan — it defines how often they pay (weekly, monthly, etc.) and at what price for their selected package.
What happens if I choose the wrong package or subscription?¶
Use the Back button to return to the relevant step and make a different selection. The preview will update accordingly.
What happens during the Vehicle step?¶
The salesperson scans the QR code on the physical vehicle or product to link it to the customer's new subscription. This ensures the correct asset is assigned.
How does the Battery step work?¶
The salesperson scans a battery's QR code, connects to it via Bluetooth (BLE), and the app reads the battery's identity and energy level. The app then calculates the initial electricity cost and reports the service completion to the backend.
What is the temporary password?¶
At the end of the registration (Step 8 — Done), the system generates a temporary password for the customer's new account. The customer should use this to log in for the first time and change it immediately.
What if the app is interrupted mid-flow?¶
The workflow supports session persistence. If the app is interrupted or the salesperson needs to step away, they can resume exactly where they left off.
Does the app support multiple languages?¶
Yes — the header shows a language toggle (e.g. EN) that allows switching between supported languages.
Can I start another registration immediately after finishing?¶
Yes. After completing Step 8 (Done), the salesperson taps New Registration to return to Step 1 and begin onboarding another customer.
